SEE ME™ is guaranteed for a period of one year against defects in materials and workmanship.  If SEE ME™ fails during that period, contact SUPPORT@SEEMECORP.COM to arrange for repair.  You will bear the shipping costs.  Proof of date of purchase is required.

If at any time SEE ME™ is damaged through an accident outside of normal use, contact us in the same manner, and we will discuss options and charges for repair or replacement.

What if you drop your SEE ME™?  It’s tough, and should withstand occasional drops to pavement.  We have dropped them from step ladders, and stood on them.  Just make sure each battery remains tight in its holder.  If dropped into water when it is opened, be sure to dry the inside of the pouch if anything becomes wet.  If a battery is dropped into water, dry it thoroughly before installing it in the unit.

SEE ME™ will feel very slightly warm when the white lights of SEE™ mode are left on for an extended period of time.  This is normal.  The batteries will not become hot, as they do when they are rapid charging.  In SEE ME™ mode, there should be no warming.
